Chris has over ten years’ experience advising on intellectual property matters in the mechanical, electrical, business method and computer software fields. He spent several years heading the London Office of a firm of patent and trade mark attorneys before relocating to Yorkshire. He is the Yorkshire representative for CIPA.
Chris regularly drafts and prosecutes patent applications for a variety of clients including lone inventors, SMEs, universities and international companies. In addition, he advises on international IP strategies, licensing agreements and infringement matters, including settlement discussions, and was a contributor to the Nike Brand Protection Training Manual.
